1 · Information we collect

Depending on the Service and how you use it, we may collect:

• Information you provide — e.g. your name and email when you contact us or create an account.
• Content you create — the projects, documents, budgets, or decks you make in a Service, stored so the Service works.
• Basic usage & device data — e.g. app version, crash logs, and anonymized analytics used to fix bugs and improve the product. We use a self-hosted instance of Umami for analytics, which does not use cookies or share data with third parties.

We do not sell your personal information.

2 · How we use it

To provide and maintain the Services, respond to your messages, fix problems, understand what to improve, and meet legal obligations. That’s it.

3 · Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — our hosting provider and email — when required by law, or to protect our rights. Our analytics (Umami) is self-hosted, so usage data never passes through a third party. These providers are bound to use it only on our behalf.

4 · Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

5 · Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email us at hey@keifer.net.

6 · Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

7 · Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the date above and, for material changes, give notice within the Service.
